We create our menu on a seasonal basis to reflect the best produce available from around New Zealand. The intimate relationships we have developed with local producers and growers over the last 10 years means Lillius’ menu is an ever-evolving journey, and always a complete experience.Don’t try to scrutinize the dishes on the menu, there’ll always be new and exciting ingredients you’ve never heard of or tasted before. Just trust us!Select either a three-course option where you can pick each plate, or leave it to us to take you on a five-course culinary adventure.

Sidart

Sid Sahrawat is one of New Zealand's most exciting chefs, revered within the industry for his innovative and inspirational cooking. In 2009 he opened SIDART, his dream restaurant in Three Lamps, Ponsonby.Passionate in his kitchen to the point of obsession, Sid has worked hard to make the SIDART experience accessible and personal for diners: “We aim to combine the precise technique and product knowledge of formal dining with a personal touch I'd like to think is uniquely SIDART.”

The Tasting Shed

The Tasting Shed is an award-winning gem located along State Highway 16. This gourmet restaurant strives to create the ultimate dining experience with their food, service, and ambience. Take note though, you won’t get a set meal here, only an entree-style gastronomic voyage. If you’re looking to give your taste buds an unforgettable experience then this is the place to go.The dishes were meant to be shared and savoured. The menu is simple. Offering only a taster of what’s in seasonally available and hot around the world, choose plates featuring the sea, the land and the earth. If you’re looking to have a bit of everything, then the sharing platter will take you on a tour of flavours and spices on offer. Working with only the freshest ingredients, the chefs aim to create a kiwi cuisine that is simple yet play with all your senses. Each mouthful is an international-inspired construction with an Asian flare. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.

The Grove

The Grove serves modern New Zealand food with a French twist offering degustation dining that changes frequently with seasonality and market availability. With a passion for, and expertise in the industry, owners Michael and Annette Dearth have gained outstanding recognition for their fine-dining stalwart. Head chef Kira Ghidoni leads the team with experience from some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants, and pushes boundaries whilst cooking with heart and soul.
